My Bird Album
Initially this shows a placeholder at the top of the screen for a photograph and a placeholder for the thumbnail below.
The image below shows the screen before selecting a photograph. Tap on the image placeholder to select a photograph (initially it says "Tap to select image").
Once you have selected a photograph you can pinch and drag the thumbnail to select the part of the image you want to use in the gallery.
The image below shows the screen after selecting a photograph and constructing the thumbnail.
